2008 ICEBOWL January 3 - 6
A record weekend crowd saw 384 cars in five divisions. Eight states
were represented in the IMCA Modified main event. In the
qualifying heat race Alex started last and finished 2nd to place him
in the front 12 of the main event. He drew a starting position of
7th and quickly moved into 4th place. Sean Jerovetz from
Wisconsin took the win with defending IceBowl Champion Todd
Gray in second and Scotty Brown in third. Alex held on to the
fourth place finish with the local Talladega Short Track Champion
Michael Strickland coming in fifth.
